In short: this website uses no tracking, no analytics tools and no cookies. Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server — no data is transferred to third parties when you visit this page. The German version is legally binding; this English translation is provided for convenience only.

02Server log files

When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These are:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the retrieved file
• Amount of data transferred and status message
• Browser and operating system used (user agent)

These data are processed solely to deliver the page, to ensure secure operation and for error analysis. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the stable, secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These data are not merged with other data sources, nor evaluated to identify you personally. The log files are deleted after a short period, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.

03Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). The provider processes the log data mentioned above on our behalf as a processor on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located within the European Union.

04No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies, no web analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics), no marketing or tracking technologies and no social media plug-ins. There is therefore no profiling and no cookie banner is required.

Fonts and scripts

All fonts and scripts are loaded from our own server. There is no connection to external services such as Google Fonts, CDNs or embedded maps — so no personal data is transmitted to third parties when the page is loaded.

05Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of the enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We store these data for as long as is necessary to process your request or as required by statutory retention periods.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, please contact office@mindstream.at.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
